Join us at the Blue Space for one of our low impact classes.
Classes include our Cardio Sculpt, Power Sculpt, Sculpt, Cardio 30 and Stretch formats.
As these are Lo classes, all classes are taught without the hop, using muscle not momentum for a low impact alternative.
