• All passes and memberships have fixed validity periods shown at purchase.
• Unused classes do not roll over unless stated.
• Expired passes cannot be extended or reactivated.

• All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Passes are for individual use only and may not be shared.

📅 Bookings & Cancellations
• All classes must be pre-booked via Punchpass.
• Please cancel in advance if you cannot attend so the space can be released.

🔄 Schedule Changes
• Class formats, instructors, venues, and timetables may occasionally change.
• Classes may be cancelled in exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness, venue issues). Where possible, notice will be given.

• Participation is at your own risk. Participation waivers must be signed before you take part in any class.
• Please inform your instructor of any injuries, health conditions, or pregnancy.
• Modifications are always encouraged — listen to your body.
